Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days in the US and 5–10 business days internationally. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Standard US shipping is $5 below that. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Email hello@nivora.com with your order number to start a return — we'll send a prepaid label for US orders.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Warranty claims
Every Nivora is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. If something goes wrong, email us a short description and a photo or video — we'll make it right.
