By using nivora.com or buying a Nivora product you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we ship the order. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock issues and refund any payment.
Shipping & risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provided.
Warranty
Every Nivora ships with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear.
Intellectual property
All site content — text, images, product designs, the Nivora name and logo — is owned by Nivora and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivora's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
